HOW WE PRICE

A few principles behind the numbers

  • Productised where it makes sense; bands where it doesn't. The entry products, the AI Receptionist and the Local Business Growth System, are fixed-price. Everything else is banded: two businesses with the same problem rarely have the same fix, and the ranges below cover most of what hirevolution sees.
  • Scope is confirmed in a 20-minute call. There is no formal quote until the work has been agreed.
  • Recurring where it makes sense. Setup work is one-off; the systems that run the business are monthly.
  • No surprises. Nothing on this page is small print. If you don't see a band that fits, just ask.

FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

AI Receptionist

Capture out-of-hours and missed-call leads with the hirevolution AI Receptionist, a voice agent trained on your business that takes the message, sends the lead into your pipeline, and follows up by SMS. Best as the first step if missed calls are costing you work. Setup is £499 one-off; the monthly price is £399, or £3,999 paid annually (roughly 15% saving, two months effectively free). No contract, cancel any time. Telephony and AI-minutes usage passes through at cost, usually a few pounds a month. Also available bundled inside the Local Business Growth System on the Growth and Pro tiers.

THE FULL SYSTEM

Local Business Growth System

The full hirevolution system: website, CRM, lead capture, booking, follow-up, reminders, nurture, and review requests, running together on one platform with setup and ongoing support included. Best as the upgrade when the AI Receptionist proves the model and you want the whole lead-to-customer journey on the same platform. No contract, cancel any time, with around 15% saving by paying annually. Add the AI Receptionist at £399/month, or bundled inside the Growth and Pro tiers.

PLANNING & ROADMAP

Blueprint Workshop

A structured session that takes vague requirements and produces a clear automation, CRM, and delivery roadmap. Useful when you know there's a process problem but not yet what to invest in. The fee can be credited partially against delivery if you continue with implementation. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • SMB Blueprint: £1,500–£3,000
  • More complex business or multi-team workflow: £3,000–£5,000
  • Partner-led or strategic opportunity: £3,000–£7,500+

IMPLEMENTATION

Delivery Projects

CRM, automation, low-code, and AI implementation. Sized to the scope agreed in the Blueprint, or in a shorter scoping conversation for simpler projects. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • Small implementation project: £2,000–£5,000
  • Mid-sized workflow, CRM, or automation project: £5,000–£15,000
  • Larger or phased delivery: £15,000+

ONGOING SUPPORT

Managed Support

After delivery, the system needs someone watching it. Three tiers, no surprises. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • Essentials, £250–£500 per month: support, small tweaks, monthly check-in.
  • Growth, £500–£1,250 per month: support, optimisation, reporting review, regular workflow improvements.
  • Managed Ops, £1,250–£3,000+ per month: priority support, roadmap input, monthly change budget, strategic advisory.

FOR PARTNERS

Two delivery models

For telecoms providers, generalist agencies, small MSPs, and consultancies that resell. The qualifying filter: no internal tech function overlapping these services. The model is chosen engagement by engagement.

  • Branded delivery partner

    Warm-referral engagements. The partner introduces; hirevolution delivers under its own brand, contracts with the end client directly, and pays commission back to the partner.
  • White-label delivery

    Bundled engagements. hirevolution delivers inside the partner's own offering, invisible to the end client. The partner contracts and invoices the client directly. Co-branding (for example, "Powered by hirevolution") is available as a per-engagement option if the partner wants to acknowledge the partnership openly.

PER-OPPORTUNITY LADDER

A per-opportunity ladder

Partners engage at the depth that fits each opportunity, and can attach an ongoing Local Business Growth System engagement at project close for recurring revenue and an ongoing relationship.

  1. Stage 1: Pre-sales discovery

    £495 fixed. Credited in full against Stage 2 if a Blueprint Workshop is engaged within 60 days.

  2. Stage 2: Blueprint Workshop

    Business case strengthener at £3,995, or the full blueprint pack at £6,995.

  3. Stage 3: Project delivery

    Quoted per project, typically £5,000–£25,000+ depending on scope.

FLEXIBLE & EMBEDDED OPTIONS

Alongside and beyond the ladder

For partners moving past per-opportunity engagement into embedded delivery. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • Pay-as-you-go: £150 per hour, minimum 1 hour. Fully flexible, no commitment.
  • Warm-referral commission: 15% of Year 1 total value (setup plus 12 months of recurring), paid 50% on setup-invoice clearance and 50% at month 6. Optional 5% Year 2+ renewal commission.
  • Day bank: 3 to 5 days prepaid at an agreed blended rate.
  • Monthly retainer: light support £1,250–£2,000 per month, regular support £2,500–£5,000 per month, embedded or strategic £5,000+ per month.

ACROSS BOTH

Microsoft Copilot, IQ & Productivity Enablement

For organisations getting real value from what they already pay Microsoft, and for partners selling Microsoft estates. Productivity Apps work (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, low-code apps) is priced as a Delivery Project. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • Copilot starter engagement: £1,500–£3,500. Use-case discovery, configuration guidance, prompt design, adoption plan.
  • Copilot rollout: £3,500–£10,000+. Broader rollout, M365 integration, role-based enablement, change-management support.
  • Microsoft IQ pilot (single workload, single use case): £3,000–£7,500.
  • Microsoft IQ rollout or multi-workload engagement: £7,500–£25,000+.

ONGOING ASSURANCE

Monitoring & Alerts

A recurring service that watches the automations, integrations, and systems your business depends on, and surfaces problems before they become outages. Can be bundled into a Managed Support plan at a blended rate. The final price is confirmed after a short discovery call.

  • Setup: £500–£2,500 depending on scope.
  • Essentials monthly (basic uptime and workflow heartbeat): £75–£200.
  • Standard monthly (multi-system, alerting, monthly report): £200–£500.
  • Managed monthly (with triage and response inside a support tier): £500–£1,500+.
